The MTV VMAs red carpet is always a highlight of the awards season, with iconic looks from musical celebrities etched in our memory, like Lady Gaga's infamous meat outfit and Lil' Kim's daring one-shoulder, one-boob jumpsuit. The VMAs have long been a platform for musicians to express themselves through fashion, and this year's red carpet did not disappoint.

Narrowing down my top five favorite looks from the night was a challenge, as each outfit was a work of art. However, a few celebrities stood out for their particularly elegant appearances. Among them were LISA of BLACKPINK, who stunned in a veiled nude corset gown custom made by Mugler, and Sabrina Carpenter, our Song of the Year winner, wore Madonna's iconic 1991 Bob Mackie dress at the VMAs 2024 red carpet.
